Where it stops

Copper stops at 3 mm, brass at 5 mm. 20 mm mild is an oxygen cut: wider kerf, oxide film.

More on the limits

Under 0.9 mm, no flatness tolerance. Mirror stainless is cut film-on.

We deduct the bend allowance, so the folded part measures what your drawing says.

Where it stops

A hole too near a bend pulls oval. We flag it at quote stage, not after.

More on the limits

Short returns are cut separately and welded. A bend across the grain shows a line.

03 — Fabrication

Welding & assembly

Coded welders, jigged assemblies, and every part arrives already cut square.

Tumbling rounds every edge. Do not specify it on a locating edge or a press-fit hole.
